Terms & Conditions

Artwork	'In-house' artwork facilities are available, although a charge must be made for this service.
Lead Time	The average lead time for production is 3-4 weeks. Some variation in this time may occur throughout the year. Please call if you have a specific date by which delivery is required.
Carriage	Carriage charges are additional but are charged strictly at cost. We will be pleased to provide a special quotation for the carriage of your order.
Retention of Title	Title to goods supplied will not pass to the customer until the customer has paid all sums due. Goods can be recovered in respect of which title has not passed to the customer. The customer also licenses the distributor, its servants and agents to enter any premises of the customer for the purpose of recovering any goods for which the title has not passed to the customer.
Value Added Tax	VAT is not included and will be additional, at the prevailing rate.
Settlement Terms	A pro-forma payment is required for non-account customers. Settlement terms of 30 days nett are available to account customers (subject to trade and bank references).
